Pimcef Injection Cefepime 1g

Composition: Cefepime 1g (4th Generation Cephalosporin)

Pack Size: 1 vial for 1g IM/IV use (as shown on packaging)

Dosage:

  • Adults: 1-2g every 8-12 hours for 7-14 days depending on the type and severity of the infection
  • Children: 50mg/kg every 8-12 hours depending on the type and severity of the infection

Indications:

  • Severe infection with Multi-resistant microorganism
  • Lower respiratory tract infections (including Pneumonia and Bronchitis)
  • Septicaemia
  • Skin and skin structure infections
  • Intra-abdominal infections
